Upanishads

The Upanishads are philosophical texts in Sanskrit, often referred to as Vedanta.

Traditionally, the 108 Upanishads are recognized as a canonical collection. But these 108 represent only the surviving, compiled canon — many more Upanishads once existed, with numerous texts lost to time over centuries.

Today, despite their modest number, the Upanishads continue to inspire seekers worldwide with timeless teachings on consciousness, spirituality, self-realization, and higher knowledge.
